excellent amenities, great value
large flatscreen modern bathroom easy entry
the room had a large flatscreen tv. the bathroom included a modern rainfall shower head. i found easy keyless entry to both the room and the lobby. the large double bed added to the comfort.
the room i stayed in was small. i think a slightly larger space would improve the overall experience.

free parking outside the hotel always had available spots. despite being busy, i always managed to find a space. this made coming and going very convenient.

communication was good, and the owner prepared the room early. i was able to check in earlier than expected. instructions were clear, and the staff was willing to reassign rooms.

Fantastic Stay with Great Amenities!
handy fridge ample parking
The room included a fridge, super handy. The shared kitchen offered everything needed, including a water dispenser and air fryer. There was ample parking near the hotel (both at the front and back!). I appreciated the convenience store nearby.
The bed was lower than I expected, and the mattress wasn't very comfortable (a better mattress would definitely improve future stays!).

The location is good. It's a short trip to attractions like Callendar House and the Kelpies. There's also a bar just a few doors down, with restaurants and a supermarket within a short walk.

My room was clean, smart, and well kept, with modern fittings. The bathroom was particularly excellent, one of the best I've seen, and the room had a huge TV and plenty of sockets.

Clean and Convenient Stay
stylish finishes easy check-in
The room had modern amenities and stylish finishes. Check-in and check-out were easy. Every door operated by keypad. Staff accommodated our group by reassigning rooms with no rate increase, even though it was a last minute request.
THE bed was lower than i'm used to, and the mattress felt somewhat uncomfortable. A darker curtain would greatly improve sleep quality by blocking early morning sunlight. I had to buy extra pillows.

Communication was very easy. Access was simple too. The staff was readily available to take care of our needs. They reassigned rooms to accommodate a separate bed request.

The shared kitchen had lots of equipment to cook a proper meal. There were tea and coffee facilities. Plenty of the nice stuff was available, not a cheap Nescafe sachet in sight.
